Leading and innovative Nigeria Fashion and lifestyle Magazine, La Mode Magazine unveils the second edition of “Green October Event”
“Green October Event” is a La Mode Magazine initiative. It is an annual event to appreciate and show love to people living with disabilities. The 2016 edition is focused on Autism. At the event funds are raised to support this cause (Autism).La Mode Magazine is partnering with the Learning Place Centre (TLP) a Centre that cares for people living with Autism.
Green October event is an avenue where philanthropic and humanitarian gestures are given annual prestigious award. These are people that have contributed significantly to humanity in their various fields of endeavors without prejudice on grounds of gender, sexual orientation, religion or ethnicity.
This year’s edition there will be fashion awards .The Fashion awards are awarded to various deserving Nigerians in the fashion industry.
The Event shall feature Fashion Designers for Runway showcasing their various designs and also exhibition.
The 2016 edition is slated for October 1, 2016 at the Oriental Hotel Lagos.
