The most important meal for the day is breakfast. Breakfast gives the body energy to start up the day. No matter how busy your day is, please endeavor to put breakfast on your priority list.

Breakfast fuels the body and the brain after an overnight fast. Aside the energy breakfast gives, it also comes with some health benefits.

We boost our daily activities automatically when we take a healthy breakfast.

Breakfast improves memory. It also raises our blood sugar thereby leading to an increase in alertness and concentration.

To function effectively, do not ignore the act of eating breakfast.
