D’Tigress, First Female African Team To Win 2 Games In One Tournament At FIBA

Nigerian’s women basketball team, D’Tigress, after defeating Argentina 75-70, set an African record as they became the first team to win two games in the history of The International Basketball Federation (FIBA).

They qualified for the quarterfinal of the tournament  against Greece Wednesday, 26th of September, and also won 57 – 56.
