The Nigerian star has been announced as the headliner for the 2026 NFL London Game halftime show, where she will perform at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on October 11 as the Philadelphia Eagles face the Jacksonville Jaguars.
And this isn’t just another international booking. Ayra is set to become the first major African artist to headline an NFL halftime show, marking a major moment for Afrobeats on the global stage.
The performance comes just weeks after the release of her third studio album, Starrgirl, which features collaborations with Wizkid, Rema, ZAYN and Leon Thomas. Fans can expect the new era to make its way onto the NFL stage, with tracks including “Dangerous,” “Tornado” and “Gimme Dat” among the standout possibilities.
Ayra has already performed at Glastonbury, earned two Grammy nominations and amassed billions of global streams. Now, she’s adding the NFL to the list.
