Chris Brown and his team announced that Ayra Starr and Muni Long would be joining him on his 11:11 Tour, which includes stops in Detroit, Chicago, Columbus, Newark, Belmont Park, Brooklyn, Montreal, and Toronto.
In an interview with Henrie of Kiss FM, Ayra Starr shared her excitement about the tour, saying she first learned about it during Grammy week. She expressed gratitude for the opportunity and praised Chris Brown for his long-standing support of African music.
“Chris Brown has been a fan of African music for a long time. He has been very supportive. He has always been supporting the culture, and it is really beautiful to see,” Ayra Starr said. “It is exciting to see African music get recognized globally. It has been a long time coming. African music has been popping. African music has been doing it in Africa. Actually, Afrobeats has always been the best genre in the world.”
