Beverly Osu brought dramatic elegance to the Lagos premiere of Call of My Life, stepping onto the red carpet in a striking teal and pink ensemble by Sama Woman.
Held ahead of the romantic comedy’s nationwide release, the premiere gathered cast members, filmmakers, and entertainment figures to celebrate one of Nollywood’s upcoming cinema releases. But among the evening’s standout fashion moments, Beverly’s look immediately captured attention for its bold color palette and whimsical detailing.
The gown featured a structured deep teal-green corset bodice with a plunging halter neckline and delicate tonal lace embroidery. Flowing into a silk-chiffon skirt with soft draping, the design revealed flashes of blush pink lining beneath the fabric, creating movement and contrast throughout the silhouette.
Adding even more drama to the look, Beverly Osu accessorized with an oversized floral headpiece adorned with yellow blooms and butterfly accents, paired with matching teal heels that tied the entire look together.
Speaking about the film, the actress reflected on the emotional connection she developed with the project and the creative collaboration behind it.
“I pride myself on being part of films that embody art, depth, and intentional storytelling, and this project is one that will stay close to my heart,” she shared.
She also praised the creative team behind the production, highlighting the contribution of Cobhams Asuquo, who scored the film’s soundtrack, alongside executive producer Timi Dakolo and director Dammy Twitch, who makes his feature film directorial debut with the romantic comedy.
Call of My Life follows Soluchi, played by Uzoamaka Power, a call-centre agent recovering from heartbreak whose life changes after connecting with Eli, portrayed by Andrew Bunting. The film also stars Zubby Michael, Nkem Owoh, and Patience Ozokwor.
