A new lawsuit has surfaced, accusing Christian “King” Combs, son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and emotional distress. The complaint, filed by Grace O’Marcaigh, alleges that Christian assaulted her while she worked as a steward on Diddy’s chartered yacht in late December 2022.
According to O’Marcaigh, the yacht was frequented by celebrities and individuals she suspected were sex workers. She claims that Christian, heavily intoxicated, pressured her to drink tequila, which she later believed was spiked. O’Marcaigh alleges that Christian then groped her and attempted to force her into performing oral sex.
The complaint includes audio recordings of O’Marcaigh declining alcohol and telling Christian to stop touching her, with kissing noises in the background. O’Marcaigh also claims that Christian blocked her in a room later in the night and continued his advances until someone else entered the room.
After reporting the incident to the yacht captain, O’Marcaigh alleges that she faced retaliation and was eventually let go from her job. She states that the incident has led to severe mental health issues, including anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal ideations, as well as physical ailments such as an eating disorder and epileptic seizures.
In the lawsuit, Diddy is also named as a defendant, accused of aiding and abetting his son in the assault and under premises liability for chartering the yacht.
While representatives for Diddy and Christian have not yet responded to requests for comment, the lawsuit adds to a series of legal challenges the rapper is facing. Federal agents recently raided his homes in Miami and Los Angeles as part of an ongoing investigation, though no charges have been filed.
Diddy’s attorney has maintained his innocence, stating that there has been no finding of criminal or civil liability in any of the allegations against him. The rapper continues to deny all accusations and is committed to clearing his name.
