Some people go to weddings to celebrate love. Funke Akindele? She came to serve lewks, collect compliments, and casually shut down an entire continent—one outfit at a time.

The Nollywood queen was spotted at Priscillia Ojo and Juma Jux’s wedding finale in Tanzania, and let’s just say: Funke did not come to play. From the second she touched down and linked up with Iyabo Ojo and the girls, it was clear—this was going to be a fashion moment.

Her first look gave goddess-core energy in gold. Think: elegance, elevation, and just the right amount of extra. But she didn’t stop there.

Because queens change outfits. And Funke’s second look? That’s the one we’re still thinking about.

For the after-party, Funke slid into a strapless mini dress drenched in vibrant, shimmering embellishments—coral, teal, plum, and more. Basically, if dopamine dressing had a spokesperson, it would be her.

The dress was playful yet polished, giving major “rich aunty on vacation” energy with a side of “yes, I do know I look good.”

She styled it with: Fuchsia heels featuring oversized bow drama, Silver jewellery for that clean sparkle, and Soft glam makeup.

There’s fun, and then there’s Funke at a destination wedding after-party level of fun. We’re talking full-colour fantasy, top-tier styling, and energy that says, “I’m here to have a good time and make the best-dressed list.”
