After a vacation in Turks and Caicos with her sisters, Kim returned to LA for the star-studded event at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.
The SKIMS founder, known for her fashion-forward looks, arrived in a shimmery, floor-length gown that hugged her curves.
The dress featured a criss-cross halter neckline, small slits at the waist, and an open back, paired with clear platform heels. Her wet-look hairstyle and dark, glossy makeup added to the sultry vibe of her outfit, completed with a black manicure.
Kim was accompanied by her mom, Kris Jenner, who opted for an all-black suit with a tailored jacket and flared waist, accessorized with black stilettos and a sheer mesh blouse.
The Breakthrough Prize awards ceremony honors top scientists, with this year’s event hosted by James Corden and featuring presenters like Robert Downey Jr., Regina King, Brie Larson, and Rob Lowe.
Kim’s previous red carpet appearance was at the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty, where she wore a custom white Balenciaga dress. She also made waves at Lakers basketball games with her courtside designer looks, including an Hermès Birkin crocodile-print bag worth over $55,000.
During her beach vacation, Kim showcased Western chic style in a snake-print bikini and cowboy hat, as well as a cheeky suit that her sister Khloe praised as an “Instagram thirst trap.”
