Afrobeats star Kizz Daniel continues his ‘Vado At 10’ world tour celebrations with the release of two new singles, “Marhaba” and “We Must.” As the Nigerian sensation marks a decade of dominance in Afrobeats, these songs offer fans a fresh glimpse into his ever-evolving sound.

‘Marhaba’ takes inspiration from Northern African and Middle Eastern influences, blending Kizz Daniel’s Afrobeats roots with traditional sounds from those regions. Produced by Ramii and Suhel Nafar, the track fuses cultures and invites listeners to explore new sonic territories. The Arabic word “Marhaba,” meaning “Welcome” or “Hello,” deeply resonated with Kizz Daniel after a memorable trip, prompting him to incorporate this universal greeting into the song.

Meanwhile, ‘We Must’, produced by Ayzed and Blaisebeats, delivers an anthem of resilience and determination. Originally intended to feature a UK rapper, delays led Kizz Daniel to step into the grime genre himself, coining the track’s unique credit: “We Must – Kizz Daniel featuring Thyself.” This decision highlights his creative versatility and determination to push boundaries, while staying true to his vision.

Both singles not only celebrate Kizz Daniel’s ten years at the forefront of Afrobeats, but also showcase his knack for innovation. Since his breakout hit “Woju” in 2014, Kizz Daniel has consistently elevated Afrobeats, earning accolades like The Headies’ ‘Album of the Year’ for his debut album New Era and continuing with hits like “Buga” and “Cough (Odo).” His recent projects, including King of Love, Barnabas, and Maverick, have cemented his place as a leader in the global music scene, with over four billion streams and sold-out tours across continents.
