Lateef Adedimeji and Mo Bimpe Serve Regal Second Looks at Thanksgiving

Mo Bimpe

Well, Lateef Adedimeji and Mo Bimpe clearly understood the assignment.

After opening their thanksgiving celebration in coordinated burgundy traditional looks, the Nollywood couple returned in a second outfit change that took things from rich and regal to full-on traditional royalty.

The couple hosted their thanksgiving celebration on August 12, 2026, following the arrival of their triplets, Abdul Ramon (Rahman), Abdul Rahim (Raheem), and Abdulrokeeb (Rakeeb), who were born on May 1. Both looks were styled by Zackstyling Luxury, with Mo Bimpe’s gown designed by Olusola Phillips and Lateef’s traditional look created by Tochi.

For her second appearance, Mo Bimpe leaned fully into glamour in a champagne-gold corseted gown covered in sequins and delicate floral embroidery. Soft pink floral details added a subtle burst of colour, while intricate beaded bird motifs spread across the skirt gave the dress an almost regal, storybook quality.

The off-the-shoulder neckline kept the heavily embellished gown elegant, while the fitted silhouette flowed into a dramatic skirt that made every detail of the embroidery visible.

But the gown was only half the look.

Mo Bimpe topped everything with a sculpted cream-and-gold gele, creating a beautifully structured finish around her face. A diamond-and-pearl necklace, matching drop earrings and a crystal bracelet brought even more sparkle, while a woven metallic gold clutch and pointed metallic heels completed the monochrome glamour.

Lateef, meanwhile, complemented her without trying to replicate the look.

He opted for a cream traditional two-piece featuring a deep brown textured chest panel that added contrast to the otherwise neutral outfit. A matching cream fila kept the traditional feel intact, while layered beads and a carved walking stick gave the look that unmistakable old-school ceremonial finish.

He completed the outfit with a gold watch and beige suede loafers, keeping the accessories polished but allowing the traditional elements to remain the focus.

The beauty of the second look is really in the coordination. Mo Bimpe went all out with champagne gold and embellishment, while Lateef kept things understated in cream and brown. Different outfits, but clearly part of the same fashion conversation.

And for a thanksgiving celebrating three new additions to the family, the occasion called for nothing less than a little extra grandeur.
