Lateef Adedimeji and Mo Bimpe have officially entered their thanksgiving era, and naturally, they did it dressed for the occasion.
The Nollywood couple hosted a thanksgiving celebration following the arrival of their triplets, Rahman, Raheem and Rakeeb, and their first looks for the celebration were every bit as colourful and regal as the occasion called for.
The couple announced the arrival of their three boys on May 1, 2026, and later gathered family, friends and colleagues to celebrate the newest additions to their family. Styled by Zackstyling Luxury, Lateef and Mo Bimpe chose coordinated burgundy looks that gave the celebration a rich, traditional feel without looking too predictable.
Lateef looked every inch the proud father in a rich burgundy Agbada featuring geometric off-white embroidery across the chest. He paired the flowing silhouette with a matching Fila tilted neatly to the side, then went all in on the traditional accessories with multiple strands of coral beads layered around his neck and wrists.
The carved wooden staff in his hand, finished with a lion figure at the top, added another regal touch to the look. It was giving traditional royalty, and honestly, the occasion deserved nothing less.
Mo Bimpe brought a completely different kind of drama beside him.
The actress wore an off-the-shoulder red gown built on a beaded grid-lace base, with a halter-neck detail framing the neckline. Colourful floral appliqués in white, pink and blue were scattered across the neckline, sleeves and skirt, breaking up the rich red with playful bursts of colour.
Then came the waist detail. A structured pleated drape wrapped around her figure before forming an oversized side bow, with the pleating continuing into a dramatic flare at the hem. Her tall red gele, finished in textured lace, completed the traditional glamour.
She carried a red velvet drawstring bag with a gold ring handle and added silver jewellery for a little extra sparkle.
Together, their looks struck the right balance between coordinated and individual. Lateef leaned into classic Yoruba menswear with the Agbada, coral beads and staff, while Mo Bimpe brought a more elaborate feminine silhouette with lace, florals, pleats and a statement gele.
