The Mayor of Atlanta, Andre Dickens has honoured Davido for his contributions to entertainment in Atlanta.
The honour is coming after Davido’s sold-out concert at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia USA.
Every November 18th will now be known as the ‘Davido’s Day’.
Davido’s Away Festival was held in the city on November 18, 2023.
