The easiest way is to opt for a single piece made up of the clashing patterns, requiring little creative input from yourself (and ideal for those days that your sartorial antenna seems to be struggling).
If you’re feeling more brave, pair two differently-checked pieces with one another. A great way to do it is to keep the palette complimentary – pastels, for example, or different tones of the same shade – while contrasting the size or orientation of the check.
