To everyone aspiring to lead, are you prepared to serve? They go side by side just so you know. Most of us are after the boss cruise and then we forget the sole purpose of leading.
Take the role of a mother. She is a leader but apparently she serves in the home and that’s what makes her an exceptional leader.
