Recent rumours suggest that Aaron Taylor-Johnson has been offered the role of the next James Bond, succeeding Daniel Craig. Speculation about Taylor-Johnson’s involvement has been swirling since December 2022, and in early 2023, he met with producers and emerged as a top contender.
According to The Sun, Taylor-Johnson has now received a “formal offer” and is expected to accept the role soon. A source said, “Bond is Aaron’s job, should he wish to accept it. The formal offer is on the table, and they are waiting to hear back. As far as Eon is concerned, Aaron is going to sign his contract in the coming days, and they can start preparing for the big announcement.”
However, neither the film’s producers nor Taylor-Johnson’s team has confirmed the rumour yet, leaving fans to speculate about who will ultimately take on the iconic role. Taylor-Johnson is known for his role as Pietro Maximoff in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) and is expected to star alongside Ryan Gosling in The Fall Guy.
