Alex Iwobi is entering a new chapter and this time, it’s not on the pitch. The Fulham FC midfielder and Super Eagles star is set to release his debut EP More To Life on April 9, marking his official move into music.

Iwobi

The nine-track project offers a more personal, expressive side of Iwobi, showcasing his willingness to explore creativity beyond football. Bringing together a range of collaborators, the EP features appearances from Teni, Fido, and P17, alongside names like SPKS, Giddi, and 4AM creating a soundscape that feels both layered and intentional.

Standout tracks include “Bussdown,” featuring Teni, Giddi, and 4AM, which leans into an upbeat, replay-worthy energy, and “Joanna” with Fido, a track likely to resonate with listeners looking for melody-driven vibes. Across the project, recurring collaborations with P17 and SPKS help anchor the EP, giving it a cohesive yet dynamic feel.

One of the most telling titles is “Joga Bonito,” a phrase synonymous with football flair subtly tying Iwobi’s musical direction back to his roots in the sport. It’s a reminder that even as he expands creatively, his identity as a footballer remains part of the story.
