Countless times, we have been told the sun does harm than good to the body but research has shown that the morning sun provides the body with Vitamin D so if you have heard it before, it is true and not a myth.
The sun helps to heal skin conditions and soaking in the sun is usually recommended by doctors to treat them. One of the best vitamins good for the skin is vitamin D and coupled with other vitamins, will make the skin look beautiful and youthful.
However, the nest time to tan your skin with the morning sun is by 8AM or as early as the sun rises but soaking in the sun later than 10AM can cause damage which affect the skin’s growth. Adhering strictly to the stipulated time for sun-soaking will definitely make your skin glow.
