Another Sunday, another BBNaija eviction show—and as always, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu made sure the real plot twist was in his wardrobe. Forget the tasks, the new Head of House, or even Saturday’s party; the moment the host steps on stage, all eyes are locked in.

This week, Ebuka gave us fashion with a backstory, paying homage to Nollywood legend Chidi Mokeme—aka “GQ,” a man whose style set the standard in the ’90s and 2000s. His outfit was a modern nod: a teal corduroy blazer layered over a black tee and trousers, finished with sleek sunglasses, a chain necklace, and a bold crossbody strap. The teal against black kept things striking yet minimal, while the corduroy texture added a retro wink.

It wasn’t just an outfit; it was a salute. Ebuka even wrote on Instagram: “Inspired by Nollywood’s original fashion boy, Chidi Mokeme; so stylish he was nicknamed GQ… Almost three decades long actor, TV host and recent comeback king after a career-threatening battle with Bell’s palsy. Teacher.”

With every eviction night, Ebuka proves that his fashion is more than styling—it’s storytelling. And this Sunday, the story was legacy, resilience, and timeless cool.
