Kesha removes Diddy’s name from the lyrics of her hit song after he was accused of rape by ex Cassie (Video)

In response to Cassie’s recent lawsuit against Diddy, Kesha revisited the lyrics of her 2009 hit single ‘TiK ToK’ during a performance in Los Angeles.

In the opening line, Kesha changed the lyrics from ‘Wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy’ to ‘Wake up in the morning feeling just like me.’ This alteration comes after Cassie Ventura settled her lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of over a decade’s worth of abuse, including physical beatings and coercion into sexual acts.

The lyric change reflects Kesha’s support for Cassie and the ongoing conversation around abuse and consent in the music industry.
