Illbliss, a veteran in Nigeria’s hip-hop scene, is preparing to unveil his much-anticipated album, ‘Sideh – Kai’, on February 16, 2024. This album, his seventh solo effort and first since 2020, features a stellar lineup including Vector, Odumodublvck, Teni, Fave, Lade, Made Kuti, and Umu Obligo.

Illbliss has been a key figure in the advancement of Igbo rap music and has played a vital role in shaping Nigeria’s music landscape. As the founder of Capital Hill imprint, in partnership with Clarence Peters, Illbliss has nurtured talents like Phyno, Chidinma, Tha Suspect, and Miss Kizz, contributing significantly to the evolution of Afrobeats.

The lead single ‘Chukwu Ebuka’ featuring Umu Obligo, released in 2023, has already set the stage for what promises to be an exceptional album. ‘Sideh – Kai’ is poised to further cement Illbliss’s status as a legend in Nigerian hip-hop and a pioneer in African music.
