This is a very easy tutorial on how i made?bib necklaces from an old rubber place mat we used to have in the house. Someone was about to trash it and i decided to keep it for the future. That future is NOW
I tore out the part that resembled a lace bib necklace.
Brought out my can of spray paint…
Glued the lace bib onto a piece of felt, carefully cut it out. Attached a chain and that’s all!!
