On Tuesday, June 4th, the Duchess of Sussex delighted fans by sharing never-before-seen photos and a candid throwback video, taken just moments before she gave birth.
The delightful footage, posted to Instagram, shows Meghan, 43, looking absolutely radiant as she dances in a hospital labour and delivery room to Starrkeisha’s viral hit, “The Baby Momma Dance.” Dressed in a simple black dress and cradling her bump, Meghan laughs and playfully moves to the beat. But the best part? Prince Harry, 40, chivalrously joins in, showing off his own moves and even hilariously dropping it “down low” in sync with the lyrics! It’s an adorable, relatable moment of pre-baby bliss.
“Four years ago today, this also happened,” Meghan captioned the video, adding a touch of playful humour. “Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work — there was only one thing left to do! 😂” Oh, Meghan, we feel you!
In addition to the hilarious clip, Meghan also shared two incredibly touching photos of Harry with their daughter. Princess Lilibet, who was born in California in 2021, is the second child of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. The couple famously welcomed their first child, their son Archie, in May 2019.
