The Nobles is a gospel Acapella music group from southern Nigeria. Founded in 1994 in the renowned tourist city of Calabar by 6 talented teens, the Nobles, has metamorphosed into a group of 6 anointed men – Ubong, Emediong, Ifiok, Umo, Idorenyin and Mfoniso – assembled by God for the task of spreading the gospel in songs and leading men into an atmosphere of true Worship to God.
They have consistently stood in their place of calling under God just as ‘Asaph and his sons’ executing the divine mandate as inspired by God and effectively communicating the gospel musically, emphasizing themes such as God’s sovereignty, love, holiness, thanksgiving and worship. They are the flag bearer “Men of Worship” – A worship vision aimed at restoring men back to their true place in worship.
