EASY HOME-MADE CHICKEN PIZZA RECIPE

There are 3 parts to the Pizza;  The Pizza Dough, The Pizza Sauce, and The Pizza Toppings.

I’ll be showing you the ingredients you’ll be needing for this, before we delve into the whole process.

 

THE INGREDIENTS

PIZZA DOUGH

  • All-Purpose Flour- 3 cups
  • Yeast- a table spoon
  • Sugar- 5 table spoons
  • Salt- A pinch
  • Milk- 1/2 cup
  • Egg- 1
  • Butter- 2 tablespoons

PIZZA TOPPINGS

  • Chicken breasts- 2 pieces
  • Sausage pieces- 3 pieces
  • Bacon slices- 2 slices
  • Green Bell Pepper- 2 pieces
  • Mozarella Cheese- 2 cups

However, you can always purchase your sauce at a supermarket, If you want it the easy way.

THE STEPS ( IN DETAIL)

  1. Pour warm water into a bowl, add sugar and yeast.
  2. Add your flour and begin to stir properly
  3. Add raw egg, warm milk and soft butter into the mixture
  4. Mix thoroughly until you form a dough
  5. After you’ve gotten a dough, begin to knead it for about 12-15 minutes on a flat surface, until you achieve regularity ( This process is very important)
  6. Afterwards, transfer the kneaded down into a bowl, cover, for yeast activation. This should take about 30 minutes. Now, let’s use this time to get our toppings ready!

 

 

TOPPINGS-

  1. Get your chicken and season with salt and pepper
  2. Transfer to a hot pan and allow it sizzle for 2 minutes, turning both sides and cut into pieces
  3. Do the same for your sausage and bacon, then set aside
  4. Grate your cheese and set aside in a plate
  5. Cut your vegetable and set aside in a plate

 

FINAL STEP

  1. Roll out your risen dough with a rolling pin. ( You can cut your dough into 3 and make use of just a part)
  2. Lay your dough on a pizza tray or any circular tray you have, making sure it’s well placed.
  3. Now, spread out  sauce on the dough
  4. Add your grated cheese generously
  5. Add your shredded chicken, bacon and sausage
  6. Now, add your  vegetables
  7. Then, add cheese once again to cover the whole surface
  8. Now, your dough is set for baking.

 

OVEN TIME

  1. Set your time to about 10-15 minutes
  2. Insert your tray and start baking
  3. Ensure the cheese has properly melted, the vegetable are properly done, before you stop baking.
  4. Now, take out and your Pizza is ready
