VICTOR AJUFOH-OBI is a Trainer, Speaker and Certified Social Media Consultant.
He has had over a decade of professional experience with seven years in management. He is a Managing Partner at Web ‘n’ Walk Systems Limited, a Training consultancy and Information Technology (IT) firm. Web ‘n’ Walk Systems offers training, innovative software, websites and online marketing solutions for businesses. Web ‘n’ Walk Systems develops and delivers training solutions that suit the client’s specific needs and best fits their culture and ways of working.
Victor Ajufoh-Obi worked with IQ Systems Solutions (IQSS) Limited for 13 years, a company he joined as a Systems Administrator and rose to become the Executive Director Sales and Business Development.
He is also a Set Advisor at the prestigious Business School Netherlands, Nigeria where he helps to facilitate the student learning process for those involved in the Executive MBA program by creating necessary conditions that make it possible for students to learn on their own and from each other. He also is an IT Consultant for the Institute.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal and Environmental Biology (Zoology) from the University of Benin, Edo State and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Business School Netherlands.
Having interacted with people from different walks of life, Victor has excellent interpersonal skills and strong business communication skills. He has a strong desire to help people harness and maximize their potentials so as to become effective and successful in their careers and personal lives. He is able to fulfil this through training, coaching, mentoring, and motivational speaking.

He volunteers in different leadership roles for Not for Profit Educational and Change Based Organizations such as Toastmasters International and Stories Worth Telling (SWORTE) Talks; all pointing to the same goal of developing the Individual, the Community and the Society at large.
Outside work, Victor loves spending time with his lovely wife and three children; he also enjoys reading, researching, attending leadership and management seminars.
