In a video circulating on social media, British-Nigerian media personality Shopsydoo is seen encouraging Omah Lay to acknowledge the fan, identified as Fafa, amidst the growing criticism. Omah Lay extended a shout-out to Fafa in response.
The controversy began when Omah Lay invited a female fan, reportedly attending the concert with her boyfriend, to join him onstage during his performance of the song ‘Bend You.’ Videos of the interaction quickly spread online, sparking debates about its appropriateness.
