Muinat Atunnise is the founder and CEO of Atunnise Clothiers Limited, an indigenous garment manufacturing and retailing company which produces Contemporary Africa inspired ready to wear and bespoke clothing and fashion accessories for women and children.
Atunnise specialises using cotton and other intricate fabrics. Their designs are innovative, stylish yet practical bunch.
Muinat is a B.Sc. in Chemist from the University of Lagos and an MBA from Hult University, London Campus. She worked extensively in the corporate world before resigning to focus on her Fashion business. She recently received a Federal government grant on the BIG Platform for the expansion of her business. She has also won two scholarships sponsored by the World Bank and The Cherie Blair Foundation to study Business Management at the Enterprise Development Center of the Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos.
Muinat is passionate about empowering people especially stay-at-home mothers in creating value enhancing vocation and crafts.
She lives and operates her business in Lagos.
